AM PM Environmental  offers many years of indoor air and water quality experience for both commercial and residential buildings.  Much like our parent company, AM PM Home Improvement Inc., we seek out the newest technology in order to build for a healthier environment. AMPM Environmental offers our clients mold remediation and restoration using fungi/mold resistant building materials low on volatile organic compounds.

A comprehensive evaluation will be performed. Then a fungi/mold investigation will take place by means of visual analysis and air sampling as well as other sampling  procedures to produce data on the presence of indoor air pollutants. 

Also, accompanying this will be a written evaluation report on any suspect locations of mold/fungi or bacteria activity. An associated project cost will be given in regard to remediation or abatement of the contaminant and the value cost for the reinstallation of the removed materials. Our consultation is based upon a strict client confidentiality.

A board certified microbial investigator will perform a site survey of the interior and exterior of the dwelling. This technician will use moisture meters, relative humidity gauges to detect suspect locations of surface and air moisture on areas such as sheetrock, wood and concrete. A comprehensive inspection will be performed using these methods.

The use of mold/fungi resistant products and antimicrobial coatings will be used to repair structures. AMPM Environmental recognizes the need for a quick response. Our ability to inventory the needed chemicals, air filtration systems and trained personal in our New York facility allows us the ability to deal with microbial situations in a time sensitive manner. The many different types of antimicrobial coatings and broad spectrum biocides at hand, allows us to be on site within a 12 hour notice. This is both cost effective regarding in the management of property damage and more importantly acting on a situation which could be a possible health hazard.

A Consultation fee of $250.00 is required at time of inspection. A visual inspection and a report will follow after data is analyzed. This consultation fee does not include any sampling of air, surface and water.

Mitchell A. Peligri is a Board Certified Microbial Investigator and a Board Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor held by the American Air Quality Council. Many years of combined experience in the Asbestos abatement and construction field lend valuable education in cause and effects due to contaminated or toxic construction materials impacted in dwellings where health concerns are the priority.
