CENTURY 21 Grand Auctions is open to all Licensed Real Estate Salespersons or Brokers who wish to register their buyers with us. Buyers can be registered up until noon, eight days prior to the
Auction date.

You will be paid 30% of commissions collected (which is basically 3% of the selling price) if your registered buyer is the successful bidder on a home.

The procedure to register a buyer is to download the Broker Contract and fax it to: 845-503-2294 You will then be contacted on a weekday to verify your buyer. If that buyer has not been previously registered, you will be registered to receive your commission if your buyer makes a successful bid at the auction.

All faxes are e-fax time stamped, only the first agent or broker that
registers a successful bidder will be entitled to commission.

Please note that you are registering a buyer for one particular auction. That buyer may bid on any property that is being auctioned on that particular day. If that buyer wishes to attend a subsequent auction,
you must register him/her again for that auction.
