Century 21 Grand announces 2007 Sales Award Recipients
Joan Whitman, Valerie Moldow, Jean McKeon head list of national honorees
Joan Whitman earned one of the highest honors among Century 21 agents nationwide to spearhead the Century 21 Grand sales award recipients for 2007, the company announced today.
Whitman, an agent in Century 21 Grand’s New City office, earned the Double Centurion award, the second-highest honor available for Century 21 sales agents worldwide. The awards are based on the level of adjusted gross commissions (AGC).

Valerie Moldow, an agent in Century 21 Grand’s Pomona office, won the Centurion award, the third-highest presented nationally,
while Jean McKeon, who operates out of the Pearl River office, laid claim to the Masters Diamond award, the fourth-highest award category nationally.
“We are very proud that Joan Whitman, Valerie Moldow and several others of our professionals have received this national recognition,” said Jeffrey Stern, a partner with Century 21 Grand. “These honors serve as a validation of the talent, expertise and professionalism that all of our Century 21 Grand agents bring to their jobs every day.”
Century 21 Grand agents Marisa Chaplin, Marla Matiotti Dubois, Carla Greico and Rosemary McGinn earned the next-highest Century 21 national award, the Masters Emerald, while Maggie Borges and Moira Relihan were recipients of the Masters Ruby national honor.
Several Century 21 Grand agents also earned regional recognition, which encompasses Century 21 agencies in a five-county region: Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Sullivan and Ulster counties. Whitman and Moldow earned first and second place, respectively, as agents with the highest dollar volume. In the category of number of units sold, Moldow earned first place, Whitman second place.
The following Century 21agents also garnered regional honors: Barbara Bloch, Cheryl Johnson, Sharon O’Reilly, Lisa Maraday, Joan Alpert, Jill Offer, Kervin La Joie, Mary Tricano, Helen Simon, Dawn Shirvani, Donna Ksiazek, Heidi Anicolo, Arline Katz, Nettie Price, Dennis Barr, Paul Catania and Margaret DiCeasare. The latter three agents and Maraday represented Century 21 Anarumo-ZOAR in 2007. Anarumo-ZOAR merged withCentury 21Grand last month.
In addition, on a corporate level, Century 21 Grand finished in first place in dollar volume and number of units sold for Century 21 offices in the five-county region in 2007.
